Halloween

My favorite time of the year is halloween and it's finally here. I think dressing up with your partner or friends and having a fun night is the best way to celebrate it. I also have always loved the decorations and going out to pumpkin patches and mazes around this time. On Friday I am dressing up as the Joker with my girlfriend and we're going out in Pittsburgh and then on Saturday we're coming back here to slip and I have some hometown friends coming up as well. I hope everyone has a good time because I know I will.

I’ve always been interested in health, exercise, and helping others live active lifestyles, so PAFM feels like the perfect fit. The major focuses on both the science of physical activity and the skills needed to manage fitness programs, which I find really exciting. A goal of mine has always been to own a fitness gym with equipment and fields for people to practice sports. After School

 After I finish school, I am really looking forward to getting a job in the fitness world along with tattooing. I would like to be a personal trainer or work in a gym. I've always loved working out and trying to lift as much weight as possible and also encouraging my friends to get in the gym and push them along with me. I think it would be amazing to work in an environment where you're with someone or a lot of people that are trying to better themselves and are motivated.

Finding Balance

Lately, I have been trying to find a better balance between school, work, and taking care of myself. It's been challenging to keep up with everything, but I have realized how important it is for me to find things that help me recharge. I’ve started writing a bit and playing my game again, which has surprisingly helped me want to get my work done so then I can go back to those things. I’ve also been trying to spend less time on my phone and more time being present with friends and family. Even though life feels busy right now, I’m learning that balance isn’t about having equal time for everything, it’s deciding what to put your energy to that matters most to you.
